最近这里有点儿冷清，我学习jason_dct大牛，也来增加点儿人气吧。我最近几年经常在国外工作，就说说我了解的一些国外做SharePoint的经验吧。在国外尤其是美国这边，SharePoint火的真是一塌糊涂，一个是从SharePoint 2007到SharePoint 2013，短短几年就有两个大版本升级可以看出来微软在上面的投入，另一个就是这边几乎每个月都有SharePoint的各种会议，那些SharePoint 大牛像Joel Oleson, Dux Raymond Sy, Jeremy Thake 到处飞来飞去参加会议。我参加过一个小的会议，大概有五六十个人，谈论的也不是什么高深的难题，也就是平时使用和开发SharePoint的经验。明年芝加哥会有一个全球开发者大会，这个是微软官方组织的，最大的SharePoint大会，历届与会者众多。
国外的SharePoint公司一般就是三种，第一种提供托管服务，我见过一家不大的的公司，同时管理着4个Farm，而且速度非常快，更大的托管公司应该还有更多Farm要照顾吧。这样的公司需要对SharePoint的管理非常精通，同时要求对SharePoint的性能优化做得很好。
第二种就是做项目的了也包括咨询，根据各个行业的不同需要，深度定制化SharePoint，这样的公司除了了解SharePoint开发，还需要精通其他领域的知识，几乎每个行业都有SharePoint公司在做了。
第三种就是做插件的了，开发个webpart什么的，这个大家都了解。
还有其他的和SharePoint沾边的公司，除了主要产品之外也做SharePoint的东西，比如K2，它的工作流是兼容SharePoint的。
不得不说SharePoint给中小企业确实带来了很大的价值，提供了一整套性价比很高的企业信息系统解决方案，一两台服务器就可以撑起一个小公司的信息系统，功能齐全而且还可以做开发。有时候想这么好的产品中国为什么没有火呢，微软中国是不是该加把劲啊，写到这里我想到一件事，美国的政府和学校是SharePoint的很大的用户群，据我所知美国大使馆就用SharePoint，但是在我们这里，政府和学校采购应该不会考虑SharePoint作为首选的，而中小公司又有很多选择，其他信息系统软件的竞争也相当的激烈了。
写得有点儿多，希望没有浪费大家的时间，以上只是我的一点经验，不管怎么说，还是想看到SharePoint可以越来越普及。

只能说，外企对于SharePoint的认知度比较高，国内企业对于外观要求太多，使用SharePoint比较繁琐~~

确实，在国外的Sharepoint 还是非常广泛的，在国内确实用户量比较少。

移民吧，，至少加拿大欢迎你们 （可以移民的职业里面包括IT和程序员 等）。。。。 钱虽然不多，但是保证你可以干到老，没人歧视年龄。。。

我之前的外企就是做产品的，做产品的有一定的竞争力，挺不错的，像Metalogix，bamboo什么的
外包的话，项目竞争不过老外，能用的策略就是低价，但老外不一定买账的，不是越便宜越好
我之前问过我们公司的人为什么不涉足项目，得到的答案根本不够资格，没有竞争的能力

始終美國是IT界的領袖, 也是微軟的基地, SharePoint 在美國的推廣力度和普及程度當然比中國好; 另外, 中國政府也不會放心用老美的產品放重要訊息吧?
(一點花邊新聞, 那個把美帝機密爆出來的 斯洛登 Edward Snowden 好像也是個SharePoint admin)
反而香港政府有好多部門已經有用SharePoint, 但Sharepoint在整個市場份額還是不大, 有時候跟同行聊天時他們也不知道什麼是SharePoint (尤甚是非微軟系的人)

sharepoint 政府用，基本上有安全要求，所以不会给外国人做的。
一下职业可以考虑移民。包括计算机相关所有职业。。

SharePoint在国内的确越走越窄，连微软的做SharePoint的顾问都只能接.NET的项目去了，悲剧了，可是依然有一堆猎头在高薪招SharePoint开发的人，当然了，前提是英文要流利。。。

上海的项目也比较多，不过国际项目也比较多，
我们team 都在替上海分公司和香港分公司做项目。

我还记得09年春天那是我才工作两年都不到，那会儿公司因为金融危机的影响项目骤减，闲得蛋疼公司领导叫我自学sharepoint,搞了一个月还做了个demo出来,后来项目越来越多一直到现在那玩意儿一次都没碰过。
