Step1:define a set of function

把input(1,-1)作为一个矩阵，乘需要计算的矩阵再+add(1,0)即可得到output

Step2:goodness of function

C（y,y^/hat）：预测值与目标值之间的交叉熵；

Step3:pick the best function
