Weblogic 12.1.1.0发布项目报错解决思路

Weblogic 12.1.1.0发布项目报错
如下错误：
weblogic.management.DeploymentException: Deployment could not be created. Deployment creator is null.
执行此操作时遇到错误。
 

我又新建了一个项目一切都OK，不知道这个错在那里，求各位大侠指点。
