小弟最近在移植uboot，因为更换

nandflash型号是K9F4G08U0B-PCB0,datasheet没有拿到
结构体中的{"NAND 256MiB 3,3V 8-bit", 0x71, 512, 256, 0x4000, 0},里面的参数请问要如何确定下来？

好像是初始化以及校验有错，还有串口错误，应该是你的设置问题，看看校验这一块是不是有问题。
