eclipse下使用tomcat 能正常启动tomcat 但是无法显示tomcat首页。直接输入项目网页地址却能打开网页。这是怎么回事。我用tomcat7 和 tomcat6 试过了 都是这样。

D:\apache-tomcat-6.0.37\webapps\ROOT 目录下有个index.html如果没有这，就打不开了
