我是看到上面的错误提示是安装ADT时找不到swt,所以建议你先安装swt,然后需再安装ADT

我看了下google plugin for Eclipse,FAQ中有这个问题,主要原因是一些eclipse的插件需要wst包，但是安装的eclipse中可能没有，需再安装下。里面也给出了解决方案，见下：
