为什么小弟我重新安装了个eclipse不能上载adt

为什么我重新安装了个eclipse不能下载adt?
以前我用的是老版本的eclipse，具体版本忘了，写代码的时候老是会出现不能生成R.java，一气之下就换了最新版本。于是问题就出现了。

下载不了ADT，真郁闷。。。
有没有人知道？求高手解答。。。。

进入“Android SDK Manager”-->tools-->options...;
在此页面的“Others” 将“Force https......”和“Ask before restarting ADB”两个选项勾选后就可以了；
