Android xxx is not translated in zh解决办法

Android xxx is not translated in zh
android  使用eclipse 打出apk包时  报xxx is not translated in zh
之后将
Eclipse > Preference > Android > Lint Error Checking的Correctness: Messages > MissingTranslate
将 Severity 从 Fetal 改为 Warming  
成功出包
但是在使用Ant自动化打包工具的时候，那个错误重新报出来了，而且apk也用不了
求大神指点

我知道啊，apk母包是出来了，测试没问题，但是使用打包工具的时候，这个错误依旧会出现

为什么要使用打包工具呢？不是已经出APK包了吗？为了代码混淆吗？
