我用的操作系统是XP SP2, 之前已经安装过WINCE, Activesync 4.5..
从微软官网下了的EVC4, 解压后直接点击SETUP安装, 安装过程提示需要先安装Microsoft Windows CE Platform Manager, 于是我就确认安装..
结果在安装Platform Manager的过程中就出问题了, 出现了一个错误..
错误提示内容:
Setup encountered problems installing some critical emulation components. You may continue the install, but the emulator may not work. Would you like to continue setup?
(Yes) (No)
我选择Yes和No都一样, 都会让安装程序回滚, 然后EVC4的安装程序也自动退出..
后来上网查了下, 有朋友介绍说把C目录下的Boot.ini文件内容改成:
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /execute /NOPAE /fastdetect
但我发现错误依然如旧..
请问各位, 如何解决这个问题呢?

应该不是LZ在网上查到的原因，因为这个问题不会影响安装过程的。

I also got the same problem..But i found a solution.
pls follow the steps to install eVC++ 4.0.
1. If you previously installed it, first of all u pls uninstall it and then u have to remove the installation details from registery..for this type "regedit" in start\run. then search the registery for "platformmanager" , "platformbuilder","windows ce" and delete all entries..
2. extract the installation zip file (eVC4.zip) in drive C:,D: or F: (dont extract it to desktop or folder whose name containing white spaces)
3. then run setup, it will first install platformmanager, then eVC++.
4. finally u can install the service pack 3 for eVC++ ( available from microsoft website , dont use SP2).
If you have installed Visual Studio 2005, u must remove it first..
