急sql 表中相同时间类型的字段的最小值

急！！sql 求一个表中相同时间类型的字段的最小值
具体如下：
例如 表a
 字段 a date,b date,c date,d date  求类似这样四个字段中的最小值。可能不止这4个。

引用:

不仅要求出最小的日期，还要知道最小日期对应的字段名称。例如 销方全称 ，营业执照日期，许可证日期，等等日期。求出最小的日期还要知道这个日期对应的是哪个字段
