数据源的权限是Every one都可以执行
请教如何解决此问题？

这是查看报表的用户没有执行手写SQL的权限，用管理员身份进入Cognos Connection->Tools->function and Capability->Report Studio->SQL,属性-权限列表中加入查看报表的用户
