检查发现主机名带有.local域名，应该和这有关
[root@oem mssql]# hostnamectl set-hostname oem
[root@oem mssql]# hostname
oem
[root@oem mssql]# vi /etc/hosts
127.0.0.1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost4 localhost4.localdomain4
::1 localhost localhost.localdomain localhost6 localhost6.localdomain6
192.168.52.129 oem
192.168.52.146 win2012.local
192.168.52.129 oem.local
[root@oem mssql]# systemctl restart mssql-server.service
重启服务后再次执行作业job成功。
