一、Half-Sleep entry & exit
Monitor the current of APS6404L-SQH entering and exiting Half-Sleep.
As shown in the figure above, it enters Half-Sleep at about 2000ms, and exits Half-Sleep after 3 short cycles(about 25ms) and 5 long cycles(about 50ms). The total time is about 350ms, and the average current is 12.07uA.
二、Exit time test
1. PSRAM works at 20Mhz, one CLK delay is 50ns
In the figure below, entering “HS 200000 0 0” by the terminal software means exiting after 200,000 CLKs (10ms total) in Half-Sleep. After exiting Half-Sleep, enter “R03 4 F0 4” to verify the pattern “F0” previously stored.
“**** PASS ****” means pass the pattern.
