解决 Failure to transfer *** from http://repo1.maven.org/maven2
Failure to transfer org.apache.maven:maven-archiver:pom:2.5.0 from http://repo1.maven.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository
前期以为连不上http://repo1.maven.org/maven2
按百度结果修改host文件，无效
后在M2文件夹里发现maven-archiver没有下载，只有lastupdate文件，删除之；
重新project -> Maven - Update Dependencies
