1.help-->install new software;
2.点开后在work with点击向下箭头，选中Mars - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/mars，稍等片刻；
3.在下方name找到Collaboration；
4.展开Collaboration，如下图选中；
5.然后一路next，遇到yes点yes，遇到ok点ok，中间eclipse会重启；
6.重启eclipse后还需安装svn connector，windows-->Preferences-->Team-->SVN-->SVN Connector-->SVNKit；
