上传项目GitLab报错: You are not allowed to push code to protected branches on this project.

现象：

往Gitlab上提交代码的问题，错误提示：

GitLab: You are not allowed to push code to protected branches on this project.

解决方案：

把被保护的分支取消保护就可以了，但是我的问题是我没有这个分支的权限，正确的是首先检查用户有没有这个分支的权限，在进行保护的判断。（用户权限问题）
