A script on this page is causing Internet Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive.
一个javascript的树，在从数据库里搜出的条目很多的时候就会出来和标题里写的一样提示框，在网上找了下，说是IE的time   out搞的，请问各位有什么办法在代码里防止这种情况吗？微软的那个方法要用户改注册表，显然不大可能。。。

应该从脚本优化入手.
对于程序而言这也是必须的,不做优化会使客户端出现假死.
可以考虑用setTimeout等技术分多次输出到客户端
