说明下：我用的是JBuilder2005，upload是我直接在E盘上建立的文件夹（上传没有问题），里面也确保有了1.txt
运行没有问题，通过，
却得到这样的 结果：
No pilot found for application/x-msdownload;charset=GBK
Click Save to save the the content of
http://localhost:8083/test_jspupload/down_file.jsp
下面还有一个SAVE按钮，但保存的是这个页面，
这是怎么了？？

把下载页面的 <% %> 外面的所有字符去除,主要是空格和换行
