paypal支付接口弄完有段时间了!现在突然出现问题 不知道哪里出问题了 求大神指点

这是错误运行的地方
求大神指点啊
------解决思路----------------------
异常信息很少啊  
貌似api里面对异常进行了处理 不仅没有输出日志 
也没向上层抛出

那里不是有个more infomation 吗
把它贴出来看看
再对照api说明
