你的cn.ccb.PMS.user.persistence.dao.impl.BranchDAO里面有hibernateTemplate这个属性和get set方法么？
你查看每个bean的property都应该是这个bean的属性而且还要有get set 方法
<value>classpath:/cn/ccb/PMS/common/model/bo </value> bo后面有个空格去掉
