Informix安装指南
1、 使用一个其他用户登陆后,切换到root用户(root用户无法直接登陆);
2、 创建Informix用户组;
groupadd informix
3、 创建Informix用户,并是其归属informix用户组;
useradd –g informix informix
4、 创建目录/opt/informix,将目录的属主和所属组都改为Informix;
mkdir /opt/informix
chown informix:informix /opt/informix
5、 配置/opt/informix/.cshrc文件,至少包括一下几行:
setenv INFORMIXDIR /opt/informix
setenv INFORMIXSERVER sct_net
setenv ONCONFIG onconfig
setenv PATH ${PATH}:${INFORMIXDIR}/bin:/opt/langtools/bin
6、 打开文件/etc/passwd,将informix用户的登陆路径改为/opt/informix,将Shell改为/bin/csh,保存退出;
7、 将安装包ids.7.31.UD6W5.SOL-26.tar复制到/opt/informix目录下,解包安装;
tar –xvf ids.7.31.UD6W5.SOL-26.tar
./installserver
按照提示输入SER:AAC#J794613 KEY: NNXSKP。
8、 保证root用户的/.profile文件中至少包括一下几行:
INFORMIXDIR=/opt/informix
export INFORMIXDIR
INFORMIXSERVER=sct
export INFORMIXSERVER
ONCONFIG=onconfig
export ONCONFIG
如果没有,添加上重新登陆使之生效。
9、 配置/etc/system文件,修改之前注意备份原有文件为system.bak,以防不测;
配置内容如下(这是一个system文件的副本,其中省略了注释):

10、 配置/opt/informix/etc/sqlhosts文件,包括如下内容(注释省略):
sct onipcshm sct sqlexec
sct_net ontlitcp sct sqlexec_net
第一项:DBS名称,;
第二项:使用网络协议名称;
第三项:主机名称;
第四项:服务名称;
注意:保证DBS名称不要与其他发生重复。
11、 配置/etc/services文件,在最后两行添加如下内容:
sqlexec 9001/tcp
sqlexec_net 9002/tcp
第一项:服务名称,与/opt/informix/etc/sqlhosts中的服务名称对应;
第二项:端口号;
第三项:协议类型;
注意:保证服务名称不要与其他发生重复。
12、 创建目录/opt/informix/dbs,并将其属主和所属组设置为informix
cd /opt/informix
mkdir dbs
chown informix:informix dbs
13、 创建文件/opt/informix/rootdbs.dat,并将其属主和所属组设置为informix,而且所有人都要有读写权限。
cd /opt/informix/dbs
touch rootdbs.dat
chown informix:informix rootdbs.dat
chmod 666 rootdbs.dat
14、 运行/opt/informix/bin/onmonitor配置数据库参数,也可以使用vi直接修改配置文件/opt/informix/etc/onconfig。需要配置的内容如下红色字体所示:
