I think a better way is to use it in your daily life.
我觉得一个比较好的办法是应用到你的日常生活中
at the begining, u can translate your words into English when u talk with your mate
一开始，你可以在和你爱人说话的时候呢，自己翻译成英语（这样你不喜欢英语的爱人也能明白了，you see：我跟你说这句话的时候就复习了“mate”这个词）
then u can gradually speak simple words to him in English directly
然后你就能够逐渐的直接跟他说一些简单的英语（他能听懂就ok，比如我老公，英语很poor，但是能听懂）
and finally, on your way home or office, staying home or hanging out, anytime as your mind is free, u can repeat repeat and repeat any words which comes into your mind, and speak it out is better than silent, gradually, u will find this word is different from the first time you speak it, now u can own it totally.(My own experience:)
最后在上班路上，在家里或是出去玩，只要你的大脑有空，你就可以repeat、repeat任何一句你能想起来的话，最好是说出来而不是默念，渐渐的，你就会感觉到这句话和你第一次说它的时候感觉不一样了，现在这句话完全和你融为一体了。（我的亲身体验哦）
