由于PHP和.NET在处理请求、响应的方法上多有不同,因此这里不存在翻译的概念,直接就是帮你写一个.NET的文件上传代码的事情,但是文件上传的后续处理方式比较多,需要自己确定,例如存放路径,命名规则,数据库的表结构(记录已经上传的文件),断点续传的处理等,这些在你的php代码里就没有的
