SIP服务器(Kamailio) 无法使用公网IP
   我的Kamailio服务器安装在CentOs6.4上，在局域网内可以良好的运行，我可以使用X-Lite成功地注册与本地Kamailio IP地址（ 192.168.0.68 ）
   但是它不能运行在我的公网IP：
   listen=udp:220.128.XX.XX:5060 
   listen=udp:192.168.1.137:5060
   port=5060

当我使用公网IP运行的时候报如下错误：
    Nov 14 11:33:46 localhost /usr/local/sbin/kamailio[16058]:INFO :<core> [udp_server.c:401]:INO:udp_init: bind(7, 0X7fb2aa4ffba4, 16) on 220.128.XX.XX:Connot assign requested address
