not valid.这个错误是什么意思,文件无法打开,是坏了,还是消失了?这个错误正常吗?
最后提示只到87%,是不是就是说有13%的文件没有写入,包不包括上面的那个未能打开的文件.我在其他机器上备份成功过,看到最后提示是100%写入的.

对的，是应该是有100% 的时候，提示已经备份成功的。
解决问题的思路：
0511-089 Cannot open ./var/adm/nfsv4/sm4.grace: A system call received a parameter that is
not valid.
这个问题可以忽略，因为你的备份方法没有错，而且下面又开始正常备份了。
0512-003 mksysb may not have been able to archive some files.
The messages displayed on the Standard Error contained additional
information.
这个错误是因为上面有文件没有写入的提示，我估计，显示是87%，实际上可能100%了。
看磁带的备份情况是可以用lsmksysb 来看的。（注意加个参数 ： man lsmksysb）
